NRMH Construction crews are in the process of adding a concrete cap to the marina bulkhead.  This cap provides stability to the bulkhead wall and ties into the existing Riverwalk cap that ends by the Wilmington Convention Center.  The cap will be completed by the end of June, allowing the construction teams to begin work on the Riverwalk.
