Exciting to see the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program surging and growing in popularity! Other countries have jumped on the bandwagon and are quickly creating programs to attract foreign investors in these lean economic times. Foreign investors and their families are given conditional green cards to live in the country where they invest. For those wanting to come to the US, this investment opportunity allows them access to the US education system, better healthcare, broader job opportunities, and the ability to have a better lifestyle. While the EB-5 program has been around since 1990, it is nice to see it gaining momentum as investors and developers recognize the win/win situation this program offers.
