Chuck Schoninger and the USA InvestCo EB-5 Project were featured in a Star News Article.  They discuss the company, overall strategy, and USA InvestCo’s success with the EB-5 program in helping to raise the necessary funds.  The Northern Riverfront Marina & Hotel EB-5 Project is located in Downtown Wilmington, North Carolina.  The Marina will be a full-service 204 slip marina with short and long-term dockage, fuel service, and a full restaurant.  Construction has already begun on the marina which is slated to open in Spring 2013.  Hotel Indigo will be located just next to the marina.  Construction on the hotel will commence later this year.
